Registration and Cancellation Policies 
 

CAMPS

​

REGISTRATION FEE: In order to reserve your spot in camp you must pay the registration fee. This fee is non-refundable. The full camp fee includes the registration fee.

 

CANCELLATIONS: The camp fee is refundable (minus the registration fee) up to three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled camp date. After that time, refunds are not available.

 

REFUNDS: There will be NO Refunds given if you are unable to continue with your class. In other words, if you pay for a class and don't show up to class, you forfeit your payment. We understand that life happens, and we do try to accommodate unique situations. But we ask that you keep in mind what goes into making each class a special sewing opportunity.

MISSED CLASS: A missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: There are no opportunities to make up a missed class.

 

CAMPERS: Camp is limited to 6 Students. All camps require a minimum participation number of 4 students. If advertised camps don't meet minimum, you will be notified and we will issue you a full refund.

 

Kids Afterschool / Homeschool Classes

TUITION: In order to reserve your child’s spot, a monthly payment is due at the beginning of the month. Fees cannot be transferred from session to session.

 

VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL: If, a student cancels classes, no refunds will be made. There will be NO REFUND OR PRORATING FOR UNUSED SEWING LESSONS.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER – We believe in safety first. Please check website for cancellations. Classes will be rescheduled. We will at all times make every effort to keep you informed.

 

NO SHOW / NO advanced notice – unfortunately, there will be not makeup class.

MISSED CLASS – If you miss a class, with notification to Threaded from Heaven, you may be able to make up the class. There will be one make up class scheduled during that semester. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes.

 

STUDENT DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP Since we are preparing for the next class, Please, do not arrive more than 5 minutes before class starts. Please be punctual when picking up your children. Thank you!
